Product Introduction
This water-based stencil cleaning machine is mainly used for cleaning SMT stencils in the semiconductor industry, screen printing industry, and electronics industry using water-based cleaning fluid. It uses the most advanced cleaning process in the industry to achieve 100% cleanliness and environmental protection. The machine consists of a control system, operating system, cleaning system, cleaning agent return system, rinsing system, drying system, and filtration system. The machine uses electricity and compressed air as energy, and manually places the stencil into the cleaning room. After setting the cleaning, rinsing, drying and other related parameters on the touch screen, press the start button, and the stencil will be automatically cleaned and rinsed. and dry. When the set cleaning process ends, it automatically stops running and resets to implement the next work process. This machine is very convenient for workers to clean the stencil, greatly improving production efficiency and quality. It is a new, high-performance, fully automatic cleaning equipment. The equipment uses water-based liquid cleaning agents and tap water or DI water for rinsing, without any safety hazards and without harm to personnel.
Internal Mobility Mechanism
1. The mechanism adopts an optical axis module and a high-precision ball screw. It is driven by a stepper motor to perform left and right reciprocating movements, ensuring accurate reset every time, long life, and easy maintenance or replacement.
2. The operating spray rod moves the spray left and right reciprocally. Spraying, you can select local areas to achieve targeted spraying
Hot And Drying
Hot air drying: The high-pressure blower passes through the heating box and enters the air knife to cut the cleaning parts quickly.
