How long does it take to receive a written offer？
As soon as we have received your request, we will check your data and contact you personally if necessary. Creating an adequate offer takes time and often there are alternatives that you do not think of, or products that we have not yet published. You are also welcome to give us a time frame when we may call you back.
I can not find the machine or the part I am looking for？
We are in the process of uploading products to our new website. If you are unsuccessful in your search on our website, please feel free to call us. Often a call to us helps, because we also have SMT new machines and SMT used machines abroad.
Do you offer warranty？
Our new machines and equipment comes with a warranty of 1 year, in some cases even up to 3 years, depending on the manufacturer. We do not give a warranty on used machines! BUT we stand by our machines and our service. Please contact us.
What is the lead time to ship a USA address？
It takes about 3-5days by DHL,UPS and FedEx express usually, and also we can offer DDP service which means we take care of the customs clearance and taxes.
Is this machine new, refurbished, or used?
We will make a clear statement of condition of machine, no deceive. Trust and reputation are the key of business.
What if something breaks after warranty? Can I get parts fast ？
We ship replacement parts the same day we receive your order — so your machine is back online fast, and your production keeps running.
